Order Questions

Can I change or cancel my order?

Your order officially begins "processing" immediately after placing the order. Cancellations, order changes, or corrections cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted. Please contact us immediately at hello@sunkissedpartyco.com so we can best assist. Make sure to include your first and last name, and order number.

How do I track my order?
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you can't find the email with tracking, please contact us at hello@sunkissedpartyco.com and we'll forward it your way.
  • If the package is delayed or lost, please contact UPS or USPS for more information. 
  • Please Note: We cannot assume responsibility for delayed and/or lost parcels. If the package has been lost by the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to refund the customer.  Additionally, we are not able to issue refunds when proof of delivery is provided.
Can I get a refund if my order was delivered after my event?
  • We unfortunately don’t offer refunds for orders delivered after a customer’s event date. It is the customer’s responsibility to place their order with plenty of time for delivery. If you need your order delivered by a certain date, please select the appropriate shipping method at checkout.
  • Please Note: All delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed.

Return Policy

We currently do not offer order cancellations, returns, or exchanges. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at hello@sunkissedpartyco.com within 72 hours of your package’s delivery date so we can best assist!

How much is shipping?
  • All shipping rates will vary depending on your location, shipping method, and items chosen.
  • Your shipping options and fees will be calculated automatically during checkout before you need to pay.
  • To calculate your order's shipping fee, add the items you'd like to purchase to your cart, then proceed through the checkout process and enter your full shipping address. In the next screen (before you enter your payment information), you'll be able to view all shipping classes and their prices.
  • International Customers: We are not responsible for any fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be shown alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.
  • Free shipping for domestic orders $75+!
How long does shipping take?
  • To see your estimated shipping time, add the items you'd like to purchase to your cart, then proceed through the checkout process and enter your full shipping address. In the next screen (before you enter your payment information), you'll be able to view all shipping classes, cost, and their estimated shipping time.
  • Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:
  • Total distance between our headquarters to you
  • Whether your parcel is a domestic or international shipment
  • Which delivery method you select at checkout

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! However, we do not offer free shipping internationally. Customers are responsible for all shipping + duty related expenses. We offer shipments via UPS and USPS. UPS shipments take 2-14 days to arrive & USPS shipments take 7-21 days depending on the shipping method selected. Please Note: There may be unexpected delays due to weather, incomplete customer information, etc. so keep an eye on your tracking and contact your shipping provider for any additional information.
